The Mackintosh House: The Hall group C.

In the Hall of the Mackintosh House, we can see a lot of light. The mirror, which is the dominant object of this room, reflects the light because of the south-facing window. Moreover, we can see Mackintosh's love for contrast:
-The blue-stained window glasses on the white door.
- The white door and the black panelling.
Eventually, we can say Mackintosh had a lot of practical ideas, for example the stand where the umbrellas stay, or the trunk for shoes.
So, Mackintosh was a most famous architect because his ideas were inovating and modern.

Dans le Hall de la maison de Mackintosh, nous pouvons voir beaucoup de lumière. Le miroir, qui est l'objet dominant de cette pièce, reflète la lumière à cause de la fenêtre située au sud. De plus, nous pouvons observer l'admiration de Mackintosh pour les contrastes :
- Les vitraux bleus sur la porte blanche.
- La porte blanche et les panneaux noirs.
Finallement, nous pouvons dire que Mackintosh avait beaucoup d'idées pratiques, par exemple le porte-parapluie ou encore le coffre à chaussures.
C'est pourquoi Mackintosh était l'architecte extremement connu car ses idées étaient innovatrices et modernes.
